O   : “Good morning, order taker Ayu’s speaking may I assist you?”

G   : “Yes, good morning. Would you like to give me multi plug, please?”

O   : “May I know your name and your room number, please?”

G   : “My name is Cahaya and my room number is Jempiring 2”.

O   : “Alright Ms.Cahaya how many multi plug do you want?”

G   : “Please, give me 2 multi plug now!”

O   : “Yes, Ms. Cahaya and when will you return the multi plugs?”

G   : “I will return when I check out”.

O   : “Is that anything else Ms.Cahaya?”

G   : “Oh yes, I forget please you bring folding table just one to my room”.

O   : “Well Ms. Cahaya how many days you borrow this folding table? A maximum of 3 days”.

G   : “Ok, I will borrow for 2 days”.

G   : “Yes, please. Thank you”.

O   : “Good morning, Butler Service please !

       (Knocking the door 3 times)

G   : “Come in please!”

O   : “Excume Miss Cahaya, I’m Butler Service. You request 2 multi plugs and folding table. Is that right?”

G   : “Yes, that’s right”.

O   : “Well Miss Cahaya, where I can put this multi plugs and folding table?”

G   : “Please put the multi plugs beside my bed, and put the folding table on the sofa because my child will use that now”.
